Pricing:

Licensees may be required to pay a one-time set-up fee per institution, a one-time set-up fee per provider, and a per-month/per provider subscription fee for access to the software, support, hosting and maintenance.

Potential Limitations:

Optimal use of OBERD comes from integration with the Licensees existing Practice Management and/or other EHR systems. However, URS offers alternative solutions, including: manual data entry and automated batch file import (requires VPN).

Licensees are required to provide limited technical and project management resources for the duration of the implementation, and a project lead thereafter for effective roll-out and uptake of the module across the Licensees institution.

This Health IT Module is compliant with the ONC Certification Criteria for Health IT and has been certified by Leidos ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Data Security

OBERD is HITRUST CSF® certified and meets the most stringent levels of online security. The HITRUST CSF leverages nationally and internationally accepted standards and regulations such as GDPR, ISO, NIST, PCI, FFIEC, FTC and HIPAA to ensure a comprehensive set of security and privacy controls.
